The spine plays a critical role in our bodies, serving as our central support structure. It keeps us upright and connects the different parts of our skeletal system. When it is out of alignment, it can cause significant pain. Since many of us spend a large portion of the day on office chairs (commonly leading to poor posture and back pain), back care is becoming increasingly important.
This two-hour workshop is specifically designed for those suffering from back problems. We will work through a series of yoga postures and alignment techniques, with a specific focus on back bend mastery, to relieve back tension and create better body alignment.
