Flexibility is the key to longevity – not just in terms of the body, but also in mind and spirit. It allows our bodies to stay supple and increases our range of motion. With consistent practice and time, we will observe fewer injuries, less pain, and improved physical performance. Regular engagement of flexibility-focused poses will also counter anxiety and lead to a more relaxed state of mind.
This two-hour workshop will take you through a series of yoga postures and movements that increase flexibility in the hips, hamstrings, quads, glutes, spine and even the hands and feet! We will practice how to mindfully breathe through the postures and open our bodies in ways we’ve never experienced before!
