Join McKenzie for an afternoon of internal system rejuvenation as you explore mindfulness and Myofascial Release (MFR). MFR combined with mindfulness is one of the most effective and accessible tools for de-stressing and hydrating your incredibly resilient connective tissue (fascia) and dissolving overwhelm in the nervous system. During this 90-minute workshop, you'll work with MFR balls to incorporate self massage, release common trigger points in the body, and explore the effects of acupressure points through a curious sense of mindfulness.
