Haley Rae graduated from Yama Yoga’s Teacher Training in May 2018. She’s been teaching mindfulness through movement & meditation classes ever since. Haley believes deep healing can be found in safe community spaces. All of her classes focus on breath & mindfulness practices. She strives to create classes that are available for all levels, always adding variations to challenge & explore your body. Her goal is that you leave class with a deeper connection to your strength & self.
