Refunds & Transfers
Class Purchases
All class purchases are non-refundable.
Class cards DO NOT expire and are shareable.
1, 3, 6 & 12 month unlimiteds are non-refundable & non-transferable.
6 & 12 month unlimiteds are allowed 1 pause (30 days max).
Instrument Purchases
All instrument purchases are final and non-refundable. Once an instrument leaves our premises, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Private Sessions
For all Private Sessions a 50% refund is available if canceled prior to 48 hrs before the session starts. Within 48 hours no refunds.
Studio Policies & Etiquette
New to Studio - You must have an account to pay for and attend class. Best practice is to create an account with our website before you arrive for your first class. On-site it takes 5-10 minutes to create an account, so please arrive early if needed.
Timeliness – We do not accept late arrivals and do not refund for late arrivals. Doors open 15 minutes prior to class. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts to secure parking and check-in.
Class Sign-up vs Class Check-in – Online class sign-up does not guarantee you are in class. Students need to check-in upon arrival at the front desk.
5-Minute Rule - 5 minutes before class starts we open the waitlist - all class spots not Checked-In become available to others.
No Show Fee – $12 fee for class no-shows.

Electronics & Personal Belongings – Please leave all electronics and personal belongings in our lockers outside the studio.
Lost & Found – We clear out items every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month.
What to Wear – Warm Vinyasa (yoga attire), Yin Yoga (yoga attire),
Restorative Yoga (yoga attire or everyday clothing), Meditation (everyday clothing).
Covid Policy Update - Effective 03/12/22: Mask wearing in our business is NOT REQUIRED. Vaccinated/Unvaccinated are welcome.
Nearby Parking - Street Parking is available and rates vary.
