MindBodyHUM On-Site Workplace Classes are custom designed to serve your needs. We offer individual classes and class series.
Workplace classes range from 30-60 minutes and we provide and of the following offerings:
- Yoga; Yin Yoga, Restorative yoga, Vinyasa (Flow) yoga, & Slow Flow Yoga
- Sound Baths
- Pranayama Breathing
- Meditation
Our workplace classes can be a select practice or a hybrid class blending multiple offerings.

BRAINCHANGEatWork
Brain Change at Work is a workplace program cultivating team coherence through two foundational pillars: on-site meditation practices and relational dialogue.
Designed to take place within the organization's own workspace, this program meets teams where they are - literally and relationally - making transformation part of the actual environment where work happens.
PROGRAM PILLARS
This program is built on 2 foundational pillars - meditation practices and relational dialogue - to foster inner clarity, collective presence, and the deep intelligence that arises when teams grow in coherence.
- Through various guided meditation practices that cultivate focus, calm, and emotional regulation, participants develop an observer mind: the capacity to see thought, behavior, and reaction without distortion.
- The clarity developed through these practices becomes the ground for the second pillar: relational dialogue. Teams learn to bring this heighten awareness into their everyday interactions, unlocking new levels of trust, cohetrenc, and shared insight.

The ART and SCIENCE of COHERENCE
When practiced collectively, meditation and relational dialogue can cultivate a deeper sense of coherence within teams - both scientifically and relationally.From a scientific standpoint, coherence refers to a state of physiological and psychological alignment, where heart rhythms, brainwaves, and nervous system patterns operate in harmony. Research in neurocardiology and contemplative neuroscience shows that group meditation can synchronize heart-rate variability and enhance collective attentiveness, emotional regulation, and empathy. But beyond biology, coherence is also an art—a felt sense of alignment, mutual understanding, and shared presence. When teams engage in regular contemplative practices and honest relational dialogues, a kind of silent attunement emerges:individuals begin to listen not just with the mind, but with the whole being.
Fragmentation gives way to resonance. In such environments, coherence becomes less a technique and more a field—a space where insight arises, communication deepens, and action flows more intelligently from collective awareness.
