Ari is a yoga practitioner, teacher, musician, and sound bath facilitator from the Pacific Northwest. Her work is deeply rooted in spirituality, self-exploration, and a curiosity about the many ways we can connect more deeply with ourselves and the world around us.
Yoga has been an important part of Ari's life for many years, both as a physical practice and a path of spiritual exploration. Her personal journey has led her to study and practice a variety of traditions, including Vipassana meditation, Bhakti yoga, Kriya yoga, Breath-work, and other contemplative practices. She brings this depth of personal exploration into the way she approaches yoga, creating space for presence, self-inquiry, connection, and inner growth.
Ari completed her yoga teacher training in 2018 and has shared the practice through teaching as her own practice has continued to evolve. She is also a sound bath facilitator and musician, weaving her love of voice, music, and sound into her offerings. Her classes invite students to slow down, connect with their bodies and breath, and experience yoga as a practice that extends beyond the mat.
