Beth became a student of yoga in the early 2000's and immediately fell in love with the strength and calm she gained from consistent practice. In 2013 she earned her teaching certification in Seattle and has since poured herself into teaching and being a student, always humbled by yoga's potential as a tool for self-inquiry.As a teacher, Beth strives to offer a safe space for students to breathe, slow down, and challenge their physical edge. By combining alignment and breath-focused instruction with playful, dance-like flows, she hopes her classes are an opportunity for all of us to take time to play and pause during our otherwise hectic lives.
