My name is Jennifer or Jenn is fine too, I've been practicing yoga for about 15 years now. For a while it was on and off as a "bonus" to exercise. I joined Mind Body Hum as a student in 2021 and that is when I truly began to find my own personal practice and my dedication to yoga grew stronger thanks to my amazing teachers and the beautiful community here. I completed my 200hr YTT in December of 2025 under the guidance of Ashish Arora, initially I signed up for the teacher training to deepen my own knowledge of something I spent so many days showing up to do and without the intention to teach, but once I got going with the training I knew that my passion for this is one I want to share with others. Yoga has changed my life in so many positive ways both physically and mentally and I hope that lands with anyone that takes one of my classes. As your teacher I'm here to hold space for you in whatever way you choose to show up, I'm here to guide your practice and be your cheerleader as we take time to honor our bodies and get to share this beautiful practice together!
