Laura is a RYT-200 certified instructor based in Seattle. As a longtime athlete, she found yoga in 2010 after suffering repeated overuse injuries from competitive running. Yoga was entirely new to her, and it took years of dedicated practice and study for her to truly appreciate the variety of benefits it has to offer.After almost a decade of dedicated practice, she pursued teacher training in an effort to bring this healing, transformative practice to others. Laura is trained to teach a variety of yoga styles, including: power, vinyasa, hot style, yin and restorative and has co-lead two rounds of Power Yoga Teacher Training. In all her classes, she works to authentically represent this sacred practice in a way that is accessible to everyone.Her classes provide a blend of intense physicality and space to rest your body and mind. She encourages her students to apply what works for them and leave the rest.
