“I first found myself on my yoga mat during a time of transition. After a divorce, the death of a dear friend, and years of working 90+ hour work weeks something had to give. Yoga provided me with space to explore and appreciate my experiences with clarity. My practice is a celebration and reminder of the joys of being me and I am grateful for having found yoga and its supportive community.
