I am a passionate educator and have been teaching yoga and dance for decades. In my previous life as a professional ballet dancer, yoga and meditation helped balance the intensity of my career and opened up a new manner of living and moving in my body. I received my yoga and meditation certifications through D'ana Baptiste in Salt Lake City, and both YoYoYogi and Meditation for Life in Portland, OR.
My movement background informs my teaching style, which focuses on utilizing thoughtful movement and breath to find ease, energy and joy in body and mind.
I also love working behind the scenes, and when I'm not teaching yoga you can find me working as the Company Manager for Seattle's Pacific Northwest Ballet.
