I've been walking alongside yoga and meditation for over a decade now, through the big shifts and the small ones: career pivots, the raw beauty of early motherhood, and all the moments in between where I've had to remember how to breathe.
Before this work, I spent years in technology, leading teams and building products. I didn't realize it then, but that's where I first learned to hold space, to sense the energy in a room, to guide people through uncertainty. Becoming a mother to a tiny human changed everything. It cracked me open and asked me to bring my practice off the mat and into real life. Meditation became my anchor, not just to stay steady through the chaos, but to help me notice the joy, to stay present for the small, fleeting moments I might have missed otherwise. What began as something personal became a quiet calling to offer a space to others to mindful rest, community, and healing.
I'm a certified vibration practitioner and meditation teacher. I've been offering sound baths and guided meditation in public and private settings: intimate spaces where people can soften, rest, and reconnect with themselves.
I'm still newer to teaching in public studio settings, but I'm grateful to be here. I'm still learning, still growing into this role. What I bring is simply what's helped me, offered quietly, held carefully.
