200HR Yoga Teacher Training 2026
Transform Your Practice. Find Your Voice. Join Andrea and the Mind Body Hum team this fall for an immersive exploration of the Self.
Your Journey to Self
Asana paired with pranayama and yogic philosophy are tools to engage the senses and promote an embodied sense of being. Through these practices, we invite students to embrace their ever-evolving being to rediscover that which remains unchanged at their core. By tapping into the living, breathing field of sensation that is the body, and touching our tender hearts one breath at a time, we awaken that which is ever-present, unobstructed, and boundless.
Does this sound like something you’d like to integrate into your life and share with the world?

PHILOSOPHY
Andrea’s goal is to help students to divine the power of yoga to discover their essential nature—whether on the mat, in nature, or in moments of flow. This divine presence exists within each of us and gives us the courage to allow ourselves to be dynamic and complex. To bring the dark corners of ourselves to the light, to be witnessed, and eventually loved. When we love all parts of ourselves, we reintegrate our whole being and live an enriched, connected life.

TEACHERS
Andrea Mas (Lead)
Andrea Mas is a Yoga Alliance International E-RYT 500 Senior Level 1 teacher with over eight years of experience guiding students through the transformative power of yoga. Her own foundation was laid through a 200-hour YTT at Urban Yoga Spa and a 500-hour YTT at Soul of Yoga.
Personal Philosophy
Andrea believes yoga is a healing modality that evolves with us through every life stage and phase. Having practiced since childhood, she has personally witnessed the benefits of starting young and seen the practice adapt to meet her evolving needs over the years. To Andrea, yoga is a practice of introspection and discernment that offers healing for the body, mind, and spirit. When the practice is approached as therapy and applied with diligence, it reveals the parts of ourselves requiring the most care and attention. Andrea teaches that yoga is not about walking a perfect or linear path, but about showing up as our true selves, trusting that every step of the journey—no matter how challenging—is a precious stepping stone back to our true nature.
Training Experience
Andrea believes yoga belongs to everyone and prioritizes creating safe spaces through the lenses of inclusivity and equity. Recognizing her positionality as a white Latina, she integrates the work of acclaimed authors to lead critical discussions on ethically teaching BIPOC communities. Students in her 200-hour program dive deep into yoga for all life stages—including prenatal, midlife, senior/chair, and kids yoga. Beyond the physical, Andrea focuses on helping trainees find their unique voice to develop leadership skills rooted in the traditional wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita. The curriculum is rounded out with a rigorous focus on sequencing, interactive asana labs, and functional anatomy, while electives include restorative yoga, yin, meditation, and yoga for depression and anxiety.
Beyond the Mat
A free spirit at heart with a love for travel, Andrea convinced her husband to leave his job for a three-month honeymoon adventure in 2019. Before transitioning to yoga full-time, she spent over a decade navigating the corporate legal world. Today, her most profound role is that of a mother; she recently welcomed a son into the world, a transformation that has centered her life and deepened her connection to the very teachings she shares.
