Embodied Anatomy (28 Hours) with Elena Cheung
A dynamic, down-to-earth training that brings anatomy to life for yoga teachers and curious movers alike.
In this immersive weekend, you’ll explore how the body really works, beyond memorization and into embodied understanding.
Through a blend of practical movement, lecture, and discussion, you’ll learn:
• Core principles of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Functional anatomy of major regions and joint systems
• How to apply anatomical concepts to yoga asana, sequencing, and transitions
• How to teach anatomy with clarity, curiosity, and authenticity
This 28-hour training is ideal for yoga teachers looking to deepen their understanding of the body or bring more confidence to how they cue and sequence. It’s also a great fit for anyone who’s fascinated by the intersection of yoga and science.
This module is part of Mind.Body.Hum’s 200-hour YTT, but is open to the public as a standalone immersion.
